The rules of the road for using Music Player responsibly. Please read carefully before creating an account or subscribing.
By creating an account or using Music Player, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Music Player is an iOS application that lets you:
Any content you save through the download feature is for private, non-commercial listening on your own device. You agree NOT to:
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of downloaded content complies with applicable copyright law.
You create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
Music Player offers four tiers:
Subscriptions renew automatically each month through your Apple ID unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel any subscription in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your device. Prices may vary by region and are localised by the App Store.
All purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's standard refund policy. To request a refund visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
You agree not to use Music Player to:
The Music Player app, its source code, logos, and branding are owned by Tariq Alaqrabawi. Third-party content saved through the download feature remains the property of its respective copyright holders.
Music Player is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Tariq Alaqrabawi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top always shows the current version.
