How do I delete my account?

Open the app โ†’ tap Settings โ†’ scroll to Account โ†’ tap Delete Account โ†’ confirm. This immediately removes all of your data from our Firebase backend and signs you out.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not inside our app. On your iPhone open Settings โ†’ tap your Apple ID at the top โ†’ Subscriptions โ†’ choose Music Player โ†’ Cancel Subscription. You'll keep your benefits until the current billing period ends.

I purchased a subscription on another device โ€” how do I restore it?

Open Music Player โ†’ Settings โ†’ Subscription โ†’ tap Upgrade to Plus, Premium or Gold โ†’ scroll to the bottom of the paywall and tap Restore Purchases. Any active subscription tied to your Apple ID will be re-applied.

What do the four tiers include?
Why am I seeing a "storage full" message?

Each tier has a storage quota. You've reached the limit for your current plan. Either delete some tracks from the Library or upgrade to the next tier from Settings โ†’ Subscription.

Is downloading from Instagram / Snapchat / YouTube / TikTok legal?

The download feature is intended for personal offline playback only. Redistribution, re-uploading, or commercial use of downloaded content is not permitted. You are responsible for complying with the source platform's Terms of Service and your local copyright law.

How do I change my app icon or theme?

Open Music Player โ†’ Settings โ†’ scroll to Appearance for themes, or App Icon to pick one of 12 alternate icons.

Can I use Music Player in CarPlay?

Yes โ€” Music Player ships with native CarPlay audio support. Once connected, Music Player will appear in your car's app list automatically.

Is my data backed up?

Yes. When you're signed in, every track you add, every playlist you build, and every edit you make is synced to your private Firebase storage automatically. You can force a manual backup or restore from Settings โ†’ Sync.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Music Player charge and follow the steps.

How do I turn off personalised ads?

On your iPhone open Settings โ†’ Privacy & Security โ†’ Tracking โ†’ toggle off "Allow Apps to Request to Track". You can also upgrade to any paid tier to remove ads entirely.
